ALD Database
There are numerous materials that can be deposited with Atomic Layer Deposition. There is a quality database keeping track of available materials. It is an initiative of members of the Plasma & Materials Processing group at Eindhoven University of Technology, which is led by Prof. Erwin Kessels.
